Do you know what an Olympic athletes abs look like?
Doesnt this make you want to get off your ass and do as many crunches as you can?
Even if you did 100 crunches right now, its going to takea lotmore work to get your abs looking like that.
According to gymnast Aly Raisman, abs like hers dont just appear on your body overnight. She tells US,
I do at least an hour of conditioning a day Its not overnight. Weve trained for years and years and years and years. Its not something you just like eat healthy for a week and it happens. Its all in moderation. Like, we had pizza for lunch today.
Simone Biles, who also commented that she doesnt do a whole hour every day, jumps in and says,
You can lose it in like a month.
The whole team agreed. Aly tells it like it is and says,
Its very hard to achieve and very easy to lose.
Take it from the final five, if you want to have the abs of an Olympic champion, consistency is all that matters.
